We want you to feel good about Charts Hub. If you don't, we'll make it right.
Free plan
The Free plan is permanent and requires no payment. Nothing to refund — if you don't need Pro features, simply stop using the paid features. There's no charge.
14-day refund window
Within 14 days of your first paid charge — Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime — email us and we'll refund you in full.
Subsequent renewal charges (i.e. month 2 of monthly, year 2 of annual) fall outside the refund window. Cancel anytime from the Account screen in the app (Manage subscription) to stop further charges — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
After the refund window
For Monthly and Annual: cancellation stops future renewals, but the most recent paid period is non-refundable. You keep access until the period ends.
For Lifetime: refunds are only available within the first 14 days. After that, your purchase is final — you keep lifetime access.
How to request a refund
Email samvelpetros@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase. We'll process the refund back to your original payment method; depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law). Nothing here limits those rights.
